The Website Tracking Risk Snapshot is a digital technical report generated after purchase. Because it is a customized digital deliverable, refund requests are reviewed case by case.
How to Request a Review
If you believe there was a technical issue with your purchase or report access, contact support at support@ciparisk.com. Please include your order details and a description of the issue.
What We Consider
We review refund requests based on whether there was a technical failure in report generation, a payment error, or a problem accessing your Snapshot Dashboard. Each request is handled individually.
No Automatic Refunds
Purchase of the Snapshot does not come with an automatic refund guarantee. Because the report is produced specifically for your website, refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
