The current scanner does not execute JavaScript on your website in this MVP version. It does not verify whether a user clicked Accept or Reject on a consent banner. It does not prove whether tracking data was actually transmitted to a third party. It reviews publicly visible signals at the time of the scan, and those signals may change.
